Are you a driven, persuasive individual poised to become a top software sales professional? Bold Penguin is looking for exceptional Sales Account Executives to expand our nationwide partner base of insurance agencies. As the key role on our sales team, this position is laser-focused on selling SaaS to insurance agents, enabling them to quote and bind small commercial insurance profitably.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Skip the Prospecting, Focus on Closing: Leave the initial legwork to our dedicated demo-booking team. Your focus will squarely be on sealing the deal and signing up new customers.
Dazzle in Demos: Command the virtual stage with compelling Zoom presentations, mastering deal-closing and leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.
Masterful Follow-Up: Utilize a strategic and methodical approach to keep the momentum going with prospects you've already wowed.
Strategically Leverage Data: Harness vital customer insights to secure victories while ensuring our Salesforce CRM is pristine.
Innovate and be Recognized: Share and get credit for your ideas about improving our products, sales processes, and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND TRAITS
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Commercial insurance sales or service experience/knowledge
Entrepreneurial, self-starter
Superb interpersonal, communication, and people skills
Adaptability and patience in evolving, fast-paced environments
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
